| Minigolf conquered the Bit |
The official presentation of the 2007 Minigolf World Championships took place Saturday 24th of February during the 27th edition of the BIT at the Milan/Rho Expo Centre in the Region of Lombardy's Pavilion.
In anticipation of this event a special minigolf pitch was installed in which hundreds of guests had the chance to play on thanks to the advice of top players from the Italian National Team. Among these aspiring minigolfers was the Region of Lombardy's Sport Counsellor, Pier Gianni Prosperini, and the Olympic champion Jury Chechi; both of whom were conquered by this atypical sport.
