Press Conference at Pirelli
The official Press Conference of the World Championships is scheduled to take place at Milan's Palazzo Pirelli on Monday the 20th of August at 11am. Attending will be representatives from all 22 Nations, the WMF, the Italian Federation and the Promoting Committee

The Palazzo Pirelli
It will take place at Palazzo Pirelli, one of the most important symbols of Milan, the official press conference of the 2007 World Minigolf Championships, scheduled for Monday the 20th of August at 11am.
The building, located in front of Central Station (Milan’s historic train station), is the headquarters of the Region of Lombardy: an important location, chosen to give the competition the recognition it so much deserves. At the conference representatives of the 22 participating Nations will be present, each one supporting the very flag of their Nation. Also participating will be representatives from the local political world and the Promoting Committee –made up of the Ministry of Sporting Activities, the Region of Lombardy, the province of Milan, the BCC Bank of Busto Garolfo and Buguggiate, Accam, Amga, Confartigianato Alto Milanese, Unione commercianti, Ianomi and Sinomi)- all of which have had faith in the project since the beginning. Moreover there will also be representatives of the WMF (World Minigolf Federation) and the Italian Minigolf Federation, which is led by president Giuliano Banfi.
The press conference will outline the programme of the 2007 World Championships, which will official begin on the 20th of August with the Opening Ceremony, taking place that same night.
On the courses of Relax Time in Canegrate, located in the province of Milan, the unofficial training will take place from the 11th to the 16th of August and the official training will end on the 22nd of August bringing us to the actual competition. From the 22nd to the 25th of August the tournament will take place consisting of 4 different categories: individual men, individual women, team men and team women.
All the details surrounding the event will be offered during the conference, which is scheduled to begin at 11am in Pirelli Hall in the Palazzo of the Region of Lombardy (entrance in via Fabio Filzi, 22).
