Besides working as a computer network administrator, Danilo Pavsic is also very passionate about minigolf. His love and enthusiasm for this sport has led him to become one of the best players in Slovenia. Pavsic, 36 years old, has been enjoying the game since he was 30. «I started playing minigolf –says the Slovienian- because this game encompasses different elements which I find interesting, such as statistics and concentration. Another aspect that fascinates me is the fact that you can compete against your own previous results, not just the opponents». Since 2000, Pavsic has partecipated at a professional level in minigolf competitions organized both by his country and abroad. This talented player, who is one of the candidates to partecipate in the World Championships for the Slovienian team, has obtained interesting results throughout his career.
In the last edition of the 2005 World Championships that took place in Steyr, Austria, he ranked 70th in the male individual category and 15th in the national- team category. He also placed 69th in the male individual category in August of 2006 at the European Cup in Geldrop, Holland.
In March of the same year he was classified 88th among all professional minigolf players worldwide.
